This Policy applies to Virsentio’s website, applications, services, informational tools, APIs, and AI-agent connectors, including services used directly by individuals and services accessed through third-party applications or AI platforms.
This Policy also applies to clients seeking therapist-search or concierge services and mental health providers with whom Virsentio collaborates.
When you interact with a third-party platform or AI agent, that third party may separately collect and process information under its own privacy policy. This Policy describes Virsentio’s own collection and processing and does not govern information handled independently by those third parties.
This Policy does not apply to information you provide directly to an independent therapist or other healthcare provider.
Virsentio is not a healthcare provider and does not provide medical care or therapy.

Records of interactions with Virsentio, including emails, telephone calls, text messages, consultation notes, support requests, and other communications.

Information generated when you access our website or online services, which may include IP address, browser type, device information, request information, and information about how you access and use our services.
The information available to Virsentio may vary depending on the technology, hosting provider, and third-party platform involved.

AI Agent and Connector Information
Virsentio may make informational tools available to third-party AI agents, assistants, applications, and connector platforms.
The current Virsentio therapist-search guidance connector is designed differently from Virsentio’s direct concierge services.
Its guidance tools do not request or accept the user’s prompt, personal profile, therapist candidates, health information, search terms, or other task content as inputs.
Instead, the connector returns Virsentio’s general therapist-search and provider-evaluation methodology for the third-party agent to apply using information already available to that agent.
When a Virsentio connector is used, we may collect limited operational information necessary to operate, secure, measure, and improve the service, such as:
Which Virsentio tool was called.
The date and time of the request.
Whether the request succeeded or resulted in an error.
Request-processing time.
Server and content version information.
Technical client information when it is explicitly supplied by the connecting software.
We do not intentionally use the current therapist-search guidance connector to collect the underlying user conversation, therapist-search criteria, therapist candidates, health information, or other personal task content.
Our hosting, security, and infrastructure providers may process ordinary network and request metadata as necessary to provide their services.
Future Virsentio tools or services may operate differently. If we introduce services that collect additional information, this Policy may be updated to describe those practices.

If you are a client using Virsentio’s direct concierge or referral services, we may share relevant information with a provider to facilitate an introduction or requested service.
Where applicable, the specific information-sharing relationship may also be governed by a separate agreement between Virsentio and the client.
With Clients
If you are a provider, we may share professional and practice information about you with individuals seeking mental health services.
With Service Providers
We may use trusted third-party service providers to help operate our business and services, including hosting, information technology, communications, analytics, security, and other operational functions.
These companies may process information as necessary to provide services to Virsentio.
Third-Party AI Platforms
If you choose to access Virsentio through a third-party AI agent, assistant, application, or platform, that third party may independently process information that you provide to it.
Virsentio does not control the third party’s independent collection, use, retention, or disclosure of that information.
The current Virsentio therapist-search guidance connector does not require the third-party platform to transmit the user’s conversation, personal profile, health information, therapist-search criteria, or therapist candidates to Virsentio in order to use the guidance tools.
For Legal and Safety Reasons
We may disclose information if required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request, or when reasonably necessary to protect the rights, property, security, or safety of Virsentio, our users, or others.
With Your Direction or Consent
We may share information with a third party when you direct us to do so or otherwise provide appropriate consent.

Do Not Track
Some browsers transmit “Do Not Track” signals.
Virsentio does not currently respond to browser-based Do Not Track signals.

Virsentio is a mental health concierge, therapist-search, and referral service. We are not mental health providers and do not provide therapy, diagnosis, treatment, or other clinical care.
Virsentio helps men find, evaluate, and connect with independent mental health providers and provides resources intended to make the process of getting started with therapy easier.
