Welcome to Virsentio. These Terms of Use apply to your use of Virsentio’s website, services, applications, informational tools, APIs, AI-agent connectors, and related resources.
By accessing or using Virsentio’s services, you agree to these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully.
1. About Virsentio
Virsentio is a mental health concierge and therapist-search service focused on helping men find and connect with appropriate mental health providers and navigate the process of getting started with therapy.
Virsentio may also provide informational tools and guidance that individuals or third-party AI agents can use when searching for or evaluating psychotherapy providers.
Virsentio does not provide medical, therapeutic, or clinical services and is not a healthcare provider.
2. Permitted Use
Virsentio’s website and services are intended for:
Individuals seeking information about Virsentio’s services, completing intake forms, scheduling consultations, or using Virsentio resources related to finding and evaluating mental health providers.
Mental health providers interested in submitting information to be considered for inclusion in Virsentio’s provider network.
Individuals using Virsentio informational tools, APIs, or connectors directly or through AI agents or other software acting on their behalf.
You must be at least 18 years old to use Virsentio’s services or submit information through our forms.
You may use information returned through Virsentio’s informational tools and connectors for your own therapist-search and provider-evaluation purposes, including by allowing an AI agent or other software acting on your behalf to use that information to assist you.
3. Intake Forms, Consultations, and Provider Submissions
By submitting an intake form or scheduling a consultation, you agree to provide accurate and complete information.
By submitting information as a provider, you represent that all details you provide are accurate, current, and truthful and that you are authorized to submit such information on behalf of yourself or your organization.
Submission of an intake form, scheduling a consultation, using an informational tool, or submitting provider information does not create a client or provider relationship with Virsentio.
Any formal service relationship with Virsentio may be governed by a separate agreement.
4. No Medical or Therapeutic Advice
Virsentio’s website, services, resources, and informational tools—including information delivered through APIs, AI agents, MCP servers, connectors, or similar integrations—are for informational purposes only.
They do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, therapy, or other clinical services.
Virsentio may provide information or methodology intended to help identify, search for, compare, or evaluate potential mental health providers. Such information does not guarantee that any particular provider will be appropriate for a particular person or that a therapeutic relationship will be successful.
Mental health providers identified or discussed through Virsentio’s services are independent professionals. Decisions about whether to contact, engage, or continue working with a provider remain with the individual and the provider.
If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, contact a qualified healthcare provider, call or text 988 in the United States, or contact appropriate emergency services.
5. Privacy
Your privacy is important to us.
Please review our Privacy Policy for information about how we collect, use, share, and protect information in connection with our website, services, and informational tools.
When Virsentio is accessed through a third-party AI agent, application, or platform, that third party may separately collect or process information under its own terms and privacy policies.
6. Intellectual Property
Virsentio’s content, methodologies, text, graphics, logos, designs, and other materials are owned by Virsentio or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Virsentio grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use information returned through Virsentio’s website, services, tools, or connectors for your personal use, including allowing an AI agent or other software acting on your behalf to use that information to assist you.
This permission does not transfer ownership of Virsentio’s underlying content or methodology.
You may not reproduce, publish, resell, license, distribute, commercially exploit, or create a competing commercial product from Virsentio’s proprietary content or methodology except with Virsentio’s written permission.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Virsentio’s website, services, APIs, connectors, or other tools:
For any unlawful purpose.
In a way that could damage, disable, interfere with, or impair Virsentio’s systems or services.
To attempt to gain unauthorized access to Virsentio’s systems, networks, accounts, or information.
To circumvent technical restrictions or security measures.
To misrepresent Virsentio’s content, services, or relationship with mental health providers.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Virsentio is not liable for damages resulting from your use of or reliance on Virsentio’s website, services, informational tools, connectors, or other resources.
Virsentio does not guarantee the availability, accuracy, completeness, or currentness of information provided through its services.
Information about mental health providers—including areas of practice, availability, fees, insurance participation, licensing information, or other professional information—may originate from providers, directories, public sources, or third-party services and may change over time.
Virsentio does not guarantee the outcome of any therapist search, provider selection, consultation, therapeutic relationship, or other interaction with an independent mental health provider.
9. Third-Party Services and AI Platforms
Virsentio’s services may contain links to, integrate with, or be accessed through third-party websites, directories, applications, AI agents, platforms, or other services.
Those third-party services are operated independently from Virsentio and are governed by their own terms, privacy policies, and data practices.
Virsentio does not control how a third-party platform processes information that you provide directly to that platform.
Virsentio is not responsible for the availability, content, actions, outputs, recommendations, security, or privacy practices of third-party services.
10. Modifications
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time.
Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of Virsentio’s services after updated Terms are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
